Privacy Policy

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This applies to all visitors, in all states, without exception.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the intent you selected, anything you write in the notes field, and a record of whether you consented to be contacted. If you email, call or text us directly, we keep that correspondence.

If you use the home valuation tool, the address you enter is sent to our valuation provider in order to generate an estimate. You do not have to give us your name or contact details to see an estimate.

We also receive ordinary technical information that any web server receives — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. Page views are additionally recorded by the analytics tool described under Cookies and site analytics below, which can link them to your contact record if you are already a contact of ours.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services.
• To contact you by call, email and text where you have consented, and only about the matter you contacted us about.
• To meet record-keeping obligations under Georgia real estate law.

What we never do

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates so that they can market to you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information is shared with subcontractors who provide support services — our customer relationship management provider, our scheduling provider, and the valuation provider described below — solely to deliver the service you asked for, and never for their own marketing.

Booking a consultation

Appointments are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, the name, email address, and any other details you enter on that form are held by Calendly and passed to us so we can keep the appointment. Calendly processes it on our behalf and not for its own marketing.

Giving us a phone number when you book is not consent to receive marketing text messages. Texting is governed only by the checkbox described under Text messages above.

Home valuation tool

The instant home value estimate on this site is provided by Buyside (Percy.ai). When you enter an address, that address is transmitted to Buyside, which generates an estimate from public and third-party property data. If you choose to give Buyside your contact details in order to receive a full report, Buyside processes them on our behalf and they reach us as an inquiry.

An automated estimate is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, or a comparative market analysis, and it is not a representation of value by Diana Marsh or Dalton Wade Real Estate Group.

Text messages

Consent to receive text messages is collected on a single, optional, never pre-checked box on our contact form. You can submit the form, and work with us, without agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving real estate services.

A second, separate checkbox on the same form governs marketing email only. That box is checked by default and may be unchecked before you submit; you can also unsubscribe from any email we send. It has no bearing on text messages, which are sent only to people who affirmatively checked the unchecked box described above.

The consent language shown on our form reads:

Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@atlantabydiana.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss) and, where relevant to an active transaction, shared with the parties needed to complete it — a lender, title company, inspector, or cooperating brokerage. Each is bound to handle it confidentially, and none of them receive it for marketing purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are legally required to retain. Write to hello@atlantabydiana.com.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. Neither affects your ability to keep working with us.

Cookies and site analytics

This site uses what is necessary to serve pages and remember your preferences, plus one analytics tool, described here.

We use the Follow Up Boss Pixel, provided by our customer relationship management platform. It sets a cookie and records which pages you view, when, and the page you arrived from. If you are already a contact of ours — because you submitted a form here, or clicked a link in an email we sent you — that activity is attached to your contact record, so we can see what you have been looking at and follow up on something useful rather than guessing.

This is used to serve you and is never sold or handed to anyone for their own marketing. If you would rather not be measured, browser settings that block third-party scripts, and most ad blockers, stop it — and nothing on this site stops working if you do. We do not run advertising pixels and we do not share this activity with advertising networks.
