Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This applies to all visitors, in all states, without exception.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the intent you selected, anything you write in the notes field, and a record of whether you consented to be contacted. If you email, call or text us directly, we keep that correspondence.

We also receive ordinary technical information that any web server receives — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services.
• To contact you by call, email and text where you have consented, and only about the matter you contacted us about.
• To meet record-keeping obligations under Georgia real estate law.

What we never do

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates so that they can market to you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information is shared with subcontractors who provide support services — such as our customer relationship management provider — solely to deliver the service you asked for, and never for their own marketing.

Text messages

Consent to receive text messages is collected on a single, optional, never pre-checked box on our contact form. You can submit the form, and work with us, without agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving real estate services.

The consent language shown on our form reads:

Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at marshd800@gmail.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss) and, where relevant to an active transaction, shared with the parties needed to complete it — a lender, title company, inspector, or cooperating brokerage. Each is bound to handle it confidentially, and none of them receive it for marketing purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are legally required to retain. Write to marshd800@gmail.com.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. Neither affects your ability to keep working with us.

Cookies
