Accessibility Statement
Last updated September 2026
Our commitment
We are working to make this site accessible to every visitor, in line with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter a barrier, tell us and we will fix it and get you the information you need by another route.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with a single, ordered heading outline.
- A skip link to bypass navigation and reach the main content.
- Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element.
- Text and interface colors tested against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative art hidden from screen readers.
- Full support for the reduced-motion system preference.
- Form inputs with real, associated labels rather than placeholder-only hints.
Where we know we fall short
Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. Third-party content we embed — most notably map and listing-search widgets — is not always fully accessible, and we will state plainly when that is the case rather than claim otherwise.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site keeps you from getting the information you need, email marshd800@gmail.com. Tell us the page and what happened. We will fix it, and in the meantime we will get you that information another way — by phone, email, or in person.
